David Laws is a crook and should be prosecuted for fraud. The fact of the matter is that he has, by omission, obtained a financial advantage by a deception. That is, that by failing to report any facts that would effect his eligibility, or entitlement, to a benefit or expense, he has knowingly obtained monies he knew that he was not entitled to receive; which he has then given to his partner, who has himself knowingly benefited from the same deception.  David Laws has publicly confessed to misleading (or deceiving) the Parliamentary expenses office in order to claim monies that he knew he was not entitled to receive.

Now even though he says that he’d have received more money had he been honest the fact is that he wasn’t. This is, at best, a point in mitigation only. As any “benefit cheat” will tell you if you haven’t reported a change in eligibility to the benefit man you have to give it all back, and you are likely to be prosecuted as well. Of course the fact that you unwittingly lied, not realising that being honest would have made you better off, does not excuse the offence, in other words it’s not a defence at all. They will hassle you for the money back and prosecute you. Davis Laws is no better than a benefit cheat who has failed to report his cohabiting status.

David Laws seems to think that referring himself to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards makes it all okay. This is a smokescreen, he’d have been reported anyway. David Cameron and his cronies spent all weekend thinking of how to minimise the political damage caused by having to sack the man in charge of all our money for stealing some of it. So they pretend he’s got there full support (for theft?) he’s not done anything wrong (stealing is okay then?) and we should all be sorry for the little chap. There are a plethora of politicians saying what a sad day this is for poor little David and how he was only protecting his partner - bollocks - he’s a thief - simple as.

This little whining “victim” was of course a banker for years. He is a money man, he’s an expert at money and managing it, he loves money and wants as much as he can get. So what he did was fiddle his expenses to buy himself, and his boyfriend, a much nicer house at our expense. He’s a thief and so is his boyfriend for knowingly taking the money. David Laws knew what he was doing - little banker that he is.

So, dear readers, make a complaint to the Metropolitan Police about this crook. Those other MPs who are being prosecuted have done nothing worse than David Laws has admitted to. They are Labour MPs who are being prosecuted because a Labour DPP authorised it. Let’s see what the Lib-Con-men do about it shall we? Of course we all know they will protect him, because they are all the same - fundamentally dishonest and in it for themselves.  To hear Paddy Ashdown describe him as “Mr Integrity” is a joke, Ashdown may have been fooled by him by him, but this is no disgrace, Laws is a con artist.

The fact is that if he wished to keep his relationship a secret (as he has had to say he did) then he should not have claimed at all. He knew he shouldn’t have claimed the money and his idea that not having joint bank accounts and having separate social lives means he wasn’t “technically” cohabiting or in a partnership is just bunkum. Ask the DSS or the Tax Man. Not all married people or cohabiting couples have joint bank accounts and many have separate nights out, many sleep in separate rooms, not to mention beds. To clutch at these straws is pathetic and shows just how guilty he really is. It also shows he had given the matter thought before he did it, anticipated allegations that may have been made and come up with these excuses. Of course the fraudster always needs an explanation, however weak, to justify himself if caught - ask Bob Maxwell, err, in a seance of course.

David Laws should be sacked from Parliament and explain himself at the Old Bailey like any other sneak thief would have to. He’s no better than us.

The two most powerful ministers connected with the Justice system are bent. Jack Straw, self proclaimed procedural “expert” doesn’t understand the what Council Tax rebate is…Yeah right, we believe you. So, a big cheese, big head “expert” lawyer doesn’t understand that if you only have to pay half a bill you can’t claim all of it? Of course not, he’s a liar as well as a thief. And a very clever one at that. But perhaps that’s a calumny as well. Now a more pompous, opinionated and chippy bloke you’re not likely to meet. He sells whatever principles he ever had for a few hundred quid. Now realise this: he is a QC, he’s prosecuted petty thieves, ruined careers and lives for less than the money he’s stolen. He’s a bent hypocrite who should be fired, disbarred, arrested, charged, tried and when found guilty given fourteen years as an example to the rest of the crooks in Parliament.

Jack Straw Blags the Swag

Jack Straw Blags the Swag

What will happen though? Nowt.

Jackie Smith, well, she’s an idiot waiting for a brain cell.

Given that all ministers have a second home and so are investing in the housing market, as well as fixing it, shouldn’t they declare this somewhere? No wonder house prices rocketed up - they were all speculating. Greedy goats will stuff their faces with anything, and these goats are full to bursting. The irony though is that they’re so cheap. For the sake of a hundred grand or so they’ve completely knackered the economy, they’re now trying to prop up house prices to protect their own assets, using our money! Houses make no money, people do. Labour creates wealth, not property. This simple economic fact eludes these greedy goats, intelligence is a stranger to them, their common sense has been clouded by a collective greed, and we are all paying for it.

It looks like half at least could be charged with fraud, ironically under their own Fraud Act of 2007. Now Jack Straw would easily be caught by this, the pompous little twit won’t get charged of course, weasels like him always - well - weasel out of it.

They keep wittering on about the rules, but the rules are effectively the same as the Inland Revenue’s test for allowable expenses, and must be wholly necessary to do the job. Council Tax isn’t allowable, it’s a tax.

Chris Huhne reckons he’s applied the same principles to claiming expenses as he did in business. Hmm. Perhaps the Inland Revenue should dust off its files and check him out, he obviously doesn’t understand that “looking smart” isn’t necessary to do his job and nor is a trouser press, unless laundry is part of an MP’s job, but then again they are all having their dirty linen washed in public so perhaps he can claim for it.

These people are thieves plain and simple, let’s not beat about the bush, they have committed acts of dishonesty and should be arrested. Tony Blair set the standard and his corrupt practices have rubbed off on the rest of them. As for Michael Martin, please will someone put him out of his misery, he’s a joke without a punch line, a living brain donor, and a disgrace.

As a nation we should vote them all out, any of the current MPs who stand should not get any votes at all. We should all vote for someone else, we need 650 independents. If they won’t resign we should collectively sack them. The argument against this is that nothing will get done if Parliament is full of Independents. So what? Leaving well alone is often the best idea. The US does so well because it’s so hard to change anything at all, it’s the opposite over here, it’s far too easy for the greedy, self serving MPs top help themselves and their mates, and sod the rest of us.

Now pompous dimwit Stephen Fry reckons it’s okay to fiddle expenses and he’s done it. So as well as being thick, pompous and not funny he’s a thief as well and as far as he’s concerned that’s okay. Well perhaps the BBC should suspend him, check his receipts and then call the Police. You’ve got to wonder if he’s stopped taking the tablets or if he’s just naturally a complete fool.

With idiots like Stephen Fry and thieves like Jack Straw and Jackie Smith running around it’s hardly surprising that the public sector is fundamentally corrupt, that the Civil Service pay £2000 for a computer you could pick up for three hundred quid at PC World, and that we’re all paying through the nose for their luxurious lifestyles. I mean how can an IT system cost billions of pounds? It doesn’t of course it’s the back handers that cost.

Sack ‘em all, arrest the thieving urchins, and throw away the key.

Vote for someone else!

PHORM is political

Of course it always was. Governments will often fund a front that is researching methodologies to control and monitor people. They will use marketing techniques to so. Of course they’ve done this for years in election campaigns and so on. But we can see that PHORM has always been political.

Why?

That Dick Branson fella from Virgin Media is involved. You know the fella who pissed off the mafia and has been hiding on his island ever since, talk about a gilded cage. Still, pompous tell-tale-tits get what they deserve. And gropers. Dick’s made some political comment about the state of our hospitals, a sure fire indicator that he’s got political ambitions, and why shouldn’t he? Politics and “charity” are probably the biggest money spinners in the UK right now, I mean the royal family and celebrities wouldn’t be involved in “charity” work if there wasn’t a pretty penny in it for themselves. Think about it. Do you actually know anyone or even know of anyone who knows of someone who has ever been helped in any meaningful way by a charity? No, didn’t think so. Me neither.

But PHORM is a cage for all of us, and it don’t glister. It’s a dog lead, it’s a rope we have to run along. We won’t be able to escape the gaze. We’re going to be gawped at continually. The information collected will be sold to fellas like that Dick Branson, and other a-holes to make money out of. As it is the government are preparing to sell off all of our personal data to private companies who collect debts. There will be absolutely no privacy for any of us ordinary mortals. Of course the royals, politicians, and rich fellas like that Dick Branson will be okay. But we won’t, will we?

PHORM? It’s not about advertising or pop up advertisements. It’s not anonymous either. It’s a gilded cage for all of us, and it’s going to be owned by traitors like that Dick Branson who sell out their fellow man to make more money. And BT? They’ll be fitting these little boxes to every exchange in the UK. PHORM is run by a yank, so guess what. The US of A will know more about us all than the British government.

UK Government to filter Internet with Phorm Technology

The UK Government has admitted that it will be installing Phorm technology in all the telephone exchanges. This means every aspect of our lives can be monitored, supervised, intruded upon and manipulated. The Culture Secretary, what’s his/her name again? Says that content should be controlled. This is a fancy dan political code for “we’re gonna be peering in your orifices right soon matey, so better make sure you wash yourself properly eh?”

What’s Phorm then? Well it’s a bit of technology in a box that they stick to a telephone exchange to record all the calls, website pages, email and texts and so on.

What’s a telephone exchange? It’s where all the broadband, internet, email and land line calls come from. Mobiles are already monitored with a similar type of technology. Soon it will be law to have to register your mobile. So no more anonymity there either soon.

So the government can see it all: Medical Records, Internet, Telephone, Mobile, E-mails,Texts. Now they own most of the banks they’ll just merge the banks, the inland revenue and phorm, do away with cash and control everyone with a payment card.

How boring is that going to be?

Greedy bankers steal all our money and head for the beach or go fishing after causing economic meltdown. Stock Markets are plunging and lending dries up as the cash disappears.

Greedy Banker steals your cash

Greedy Banker steals your cash

The markets are collapsing amidst complete economic meltdown, anyone with any money in any bank should get it out NOW! Buy gold, platinum, copper, lead, zinc, corn, pork bellies, anything tangible. Ideally something that you can see and touch, not a piece of paper guaranteeing it, that’s all money is. It will be worthless if the banks collapse.

So what if the government guarantee it all? Not much point having a million quid if it only buys you a tomato or a bag of chips is it? The only way the government can pay is if they print more money, which leads to inflation, or more simply put money becoming worthless. They aren’t guaranteeing anything really, it’ll be devalued to nothing. This is true redistribution, we’ll all be as skint as each other. Is this Marx being right again?

No just fiddling on a mass scale, bankers and other “professionals” associated with the housing market have acted in such a way as to artificially ramp up the value of property in order to increase secured lending and thereby ramp up the value of their balance sheets. In the process the humans involved have earned massive  commissions, the rest of us are left with massive  debts or savings that will soon become worthless numbers in a database, private pensions will disappear in a cloud of foggy confusion that is nobody’s fault. No one will spend one second of hard time inside prison for wrecking the lives of billions.

There is no money, it is all an abstract idea called capitalism, there are no bars of gold behind it all any more: Gordon Brown flogged it all at the bottom of the market, remember? Houses are for living in not investing in, they make no money, the whole thing was a bubble of gum waiting to burst all over our faces, the shopkeeper bankers are laughing all the way to the beach.
